Celebrate Life

Imagine feeling refreshed and renewed in your work daily, no matter the circumstances. Planning your work with a committed listener who believes in you no matter what.
Having someone there for you, who you know you can trust, and free to say anything to with out being judged, listening in a way that completes situations so you can let them go. Having someone who will challenge you when you stray from your purpose or want to give up, who can assist you re-frame how I might view the circumstances differently to give me access to a way forward. Who listens to you bigger than you listen to yourself and has you step into unimaginable futures.
Denise has assisted me discover to my life purpose, and empower me to express this in the world. I used to think that yes life's great and it was OK if a couple of areas weren't going so well. I can honestly say I am completely satisfied in all areas of my life, and contribute a mojor part of this to the ongoing coaching relationship we have developed.

To whom it may concern
I have chosen to write this letter of acknowledgement/introduction regards my longstanding association with Denise Simons.
I am a Marriage Celebrant, Health Centre Manager, and Mother (single parent) of 2 boys. I live a full life which I love.
The source of my being free to participate so fully in my life is accessed with Denise’s powerful coaching.
Denise is my life coach, my friend, someone who I trust completely to listen to me far greater than I listen to myself at times.
I have known Denise for 5 years now; we have participated in training programs together, worked together and kept a close friendship throughout these partnerships.
Her ability to communicate stands alone in today’s world. She has the ability to hear the words that I have not quite brought to the front of my mind yet, those ones that, in the past, would have stopped me achieving in the areas of life that are so important to me.

- How I relate to myself
- My work as Nurse Manager and as a celebrant
- Romantic relationships
I have learnt that if life is not working in one of these areas the impact of it not working is not isolated to that area alone it impacts and ripples through other aspects of my life. The opposite occurs when I go to work with Denise in one area of my life that isn’t working as well as it has or could, I receive surprising benefits in all other areas of life.
In her coaching I get to hear what piece of my past is obscuring my view of how things are in the present that would have me be concerned or afraid to move forward. We work together to take that piece of the past out of my future and I am left free to create a fresh. I am always left inspired and ready for action once that process is complete.
There are many highlights that I could share about the difference having Denise, as my life coach has made for me, for now I have chosen just a couple to illustrate.
I believe the greatest gift I have received in my association with Denise is how I view myself, I used to berate myself at any opportunity and was completely driven to succeed and although this had me achieve I was always exhausted and dissatisfied like a “donkey chasing a carrot.” I know myself to be someone that can take on anything if I want now, that obstacles are opportunities, and that anything can be resolved in a conversation, I mean anything.
If I am noticing that if I get upset maybe angry with a situation at work I can now put the upset aside schedule a call with Denise within a few minuets I am clear before I complete the communication respectfully and powerfully, this has on numerous times saved my bacon and the bacon of fellow colleagues from my wrath. I used to become forceful to get what I wanted and I find I no longer need or desire to do this.
When I am about to perform a ceremony for example, last year a friend and her husband lost their baby. They were a couple I had married the previous year. They wanted me to perform the funeral service for their son. In the past to cope I would have given a very professional service and people would have been none the wiser. However I schedule a clearing call before my ceremonies. In these calls I am able to take all the conversations I would normally have with myself about what people might be thinking, have I got the words right, what do they think of things so far …out of my head and be completely available for the service in the present. I know that this has made and enormous difference in my success as a celebrant. I have not advertised my services and am booked to my current capacity.
